Step 6Sonesta Hotels and Resorts Status Match
Once you complete your Choice Hotels status match, we can continue with our Hilton Honors Gold Status which we can use to match to Sonesta Travel Pass Elite which is their highest level of membership rewards which can be used across all of their hotel brands including Royal Sonesta properties. To match your Hilton Honors Gold Status, all you need to do is to enroll in Sonesta Travel Pass and once that is completed send an email to Sonesta Travel Pass Customer Care (travelpass@sonesta.com) with your Sonesta Travel Pass Member ID and proof of your current membership card or statement showing your current status in Hilton. Sending them an email with a copy of your Hilton Honors Gold card should suffice.
You can expect to wait about a week for a response from Sonesta Travel Pass Customer Service and if you do not receive a response after a week, I would resubmit another email to their team to be on the safe side. Once they do respond however, they will confirm the status match from Hilton Honors Gold to a Sonesta Travel Pass Elite Member!
